Information We Collect, Use, and Share

Keepworks collects only what is needed to assess a property, perform recurring care, document visits, coordinate approved vendors, and keep a usable property record. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you start a property assessment or request care, we collect contact details, property address, how the property is used, and the service needs you describe. During care, we may collect visit dates, completed work, photos, notes, access instructions, open follow-ups, billing details, and messages about the property. If you apply a veteran discount, we may collect the documentation needed to confirm eligibility.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and complete recurring care, build and update the care plan, document what changed, quote additional work for your approval, process membership billing, and communicate about visits. Pulse uses completed work, visit evidence, service history, and current conditions to help surface patterns and priorities for human review. Pulse does not diagnose, predict, guarantee outcomes, decide what work to perform, or replace a property-care professional.

Property records, visit evidence, and Pulse

Completed work, visit dates, photos, and service history stay attached to the property record so later visits have context. Photos and notes are visit evidence, not a public gallery. Access to a property record is limited to the people and roles who need it to perform, review, or coordinate care. Sensitive access instructions are treated more narrowly than ordinary property details.

Sharing and vendors

Keepworks may share the information needed to coordinate an approved vendor when specialist or licensed work is required. That sharing is limited to the visit context, scope, and access details required for the job. We may also use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, messaging, and file storage. Those providers process information on Keepworks’ instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep property records, visit evidence, and billing history while a membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward so service history, quotes, and account questions can be resolved. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained when needed for billing disputes, legal obligations, or documented work already performed.

Security

Property records and visit files are stored with access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest through our managed providers. Evidence files are kept in private storage and shared through time-limited access when a visit or vendor coordination requires them. Service-role credentials never reach the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will notify affected customers if a breach requires notice.

Your choices

You can decline to provide information that is not required for an assessment or visit. You can ask us to update contact details, access instructions, or property notes. You can cancel a membership as described in the Terms. To request access, correction, or deletion, start a care-plan request or write through the contact path published on this site and describe the property and the change you need.

Cookies and site use

This marketing site may use cookies or similar tools that are necessary to run the pages, remember a session, or understand which pages are used. We do not use that information to sell advertising. If a customer portal is later enabled, sign-in cookies will be used only to keep that session secure.

Updates

We may update this page as the service, record-keeping, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here before they apply to customer accounts. This page is not a savings claim, a service-area announcement, or a substitute for the Terms that govern plan capacity and additional work.
