Terms
Service terms and availability will be confirmed before sale. The following terms describe plan capacity, additional work, discounts, and service conditions.
Service Scope, Plan Capacity, and Additional Work
Each Keepworks membership includes a defined amount of service capacity for recurring property care. Keepworks performs the scheduled work described in the care plan. Capacity is not unlimited, and work outside the plan is billed separately.
Plan capacity
Each plan includes a defined monthly allotment of service hours, scheduled visits, and a small-task allowance. Service hours cover the recurring care categories in the plan. Visits are scheduled by Keepworks according to the care plan, property use, and available crew time. The small-task allowance covers routine maintenance that can be completed during a scheduled visit without licensed trades, specialized equipment, or materials beyond the plan allowance.
Unused service hours and unused task allowance expire at the end of the billing period. They do not roll over to a later month and are not transferable to another property, account, or person. A visit that cannot be completed because access was not provided may count against that period’s visit capacity.
Included care
Cleaning means recurring interior and agreed exterior cleaning within the defined hours, not a one-time deep clean unless that work is quoted separately. Grounds care means routine landscape upkeep such as scheduled mowing, edging, and basic plant care within the plan hours. Gutter cleaning means scheduled clearing of accessible gutters as included in the care plan. Small maintenance tasks are unlicensed, visit-scale items such as filter, bulb, and battery changes or similar upkeep that fit the task allowance. Seasonal upkeep means planned, recurring seasonal work assigned to the care plan, such as scheduled gutter service or seasonal grounds tasks, and does not include large landscaping projects.
Additional work
Major repairs, licensed trades, emergency work, deep cleans, large landscaping projects, hazardous work, and materials outside the plan allowance are not included in membership pricing. When additional work is identified, Keepworks prepares a quote that describes the scope and price. Work of this kind proceeds only after the customer approves the quote. Approved additional work is billed separately from the recurring membership fee.
Vendor coordination
Keepworks may coordinate approved vendors when specialist or licensed work is needed. Coordination means scheduling, sharing visit context, and following the work through to a documented outcome. Keepworks does not perform licensed trades, and vendor invoices remain separate from the membership fee. Approved-vendor pricing and any vendor discount vary by market, provider, service category, and eligibility. Vendor savings are not guaranteed.
Veteran discount
Eligible veterans may receive 10% off recurring membership fees. The discount applies to the membership fee only. It does not apply to separately quoted work, materials, emergency service, or vendor invoices. Keepworks may require documentation, such as a DD-214 or equivalent veteran verification, before applying the discount. Unless Keepworks states otherwise in writing, the veteran discount may not be combined with other promotional membership discounts. Eligibility is confirmed before the discount is applied to an account.
Pricing
Published plan prices are starting points. Final pricing varies by property size, condition, service frequency, and location, and is confirmed before sale.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Membership fees are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unused capacity in the current period expires and is not refunded. Keepworks will confirm the effective cancellation date before the next billing cycle whenever notice is received in time to do so.
Scheduling, access, weather, and availability
Keepworks will reschedule visits when reasonable notice is given and crew time is available. The customer is responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property, including gates, locks, animals, and parking. Outdoor work may be deferred when weather or site conditions make the work unsafe or ineffective. Service availability, visit timing, and included categories are confirmed before sale and may vary by market and crew capacity.
